A rep for Halle Berry tells HLN’s Showbiz Tonight that the actress is engaged to Olivier Martinez.

Yes, Halle previously swore off marriage, but this Frenchman must’ve swept her right off her feet. Reports of their engagement began to swirl after the New Year when Halle was pictured wearing a sparkler on her ring finger. The two never confirmed the news until now.

While attending the opening of his new restaurant in Miami, the hunky actor gave a calm reply when asked if the news of his engagement was true. “Yes, of course it’s true," he said.

This will be Halle’s third walk down the aisle. She was previously married to baseball player David Justice and Eric Benet.
