Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina will receive whatever is left of her estate, according to a validated will released by the Fulton County Probate Court.
It names Houston’s child as the sole beneficiary to inherit everything, including her furniture, household items, clothing, personal effects and other tangible property. The only caveat: She will not get it all until she turns 30.
The will directs her trustees to place Bobbi Kristina’s inheritance in a trust, paying out one-tenth of the principal when she turns 21, one-sixth at age 25 and the rest when she turns 30. Her 19th birthday was earlier this week, meaning she should receive the first portion of the trust in March 2014.
Bobbi Kristina will be speaking out for the first time since her mother’s death in an interview with Oprah Winfrey airing Sunday on OWN.
