Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender advocates want you to “knock it off” and they've created some public service announcements to spread the word.
ABC News is reporting that the PSAs won’t be on seen by viewers at home, but instead will be shown on a big screen located at the entrance of the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. It’s estimated that 150,000 Super Bowl ticket holders will view the videos on Super Bowl Sunday.

Starring the NBA’s Grant Hill, comedian Wanda Sykes, and pop star Hillary Duff, the videos feature celebrities reminding folks that using the g-word as a put-down is not cool
“The casual use of ‘That’s so gay’ is very common and rampant and often leads to more overt forms of harassment,” said Gay Lesbian and Straight Education Network spokesperson Andy Marra. “This audience may not even see it as a problem.”
