If you'd like a John Mayer-esgue tenor to go with that shake, then Giorgio’s your man for the drive-thru.
The singer-songwriter from Bridgeport, Connecticut, has become an Internet star with "I Love Sonic," his melodic sing-thru outside a Sonic restaurant.
Armed with an acoustic guitar, a lady driver, a backseat camera person and a wild sweet tooth (a 5-piece order of cheesecake bites, Giorgio, really?), the singer absolutely kills a drive-thru order. And to top it all off, the worker on the opposite end is cool as a fan throughout the crooning.
Sing-thrus are not new by any means, but Giorgio may have a hit on his hands. His YouTube clip had amassed more than 344,000 hits as of Friday morning.
In a follow-up video on YouTube, the singer, who has a website with his band Interstate Life, says “I hope that you go out and make someone happy today, too. So, do something random and fun, make someone smile,” he said.
Never has Cherry Limeade sounded so good.
