Graffiti artist becomes Facebook millionaire

NEED TO KNOW
  • David Choe is rolling in the money -- $200 million to be exact
  • California graffiti artist took stock options for Facebook mural

Well played, David Choe.

In 2005, the San Jose, California, graffiti artist painted some sexy ladies on the wall of Facebook's Palo Alto offices in exchange for some stock options, and now he's a multimillionaire.

When Facebook announced their $5 billion IPO earlier this year, Choe -- and many many others -- did the math, and what was a few thousand dollars in stock options turned over into a cool $200 million dollars

Choe was no slouch in the art world before -- he's painted for a notorious LA-area madam and the co-founder of Napster, and a 2008 portrait he painted of President Obama is said to be hanging in the White House. And judging from his own Facebook page, he also enjoys some partying.

Apparently, adjusting to the lifestyle of a millionaire will not be hard for David Choe.
