Demi Moore is seeking treatment due to the "stresses in her life right now," her rep, Carrie Gordon, told HLN.
“Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," Gordon said in a statement. "She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”
Los Angeles Fire spokesman Matt Spence confirms to HLN that the department responded to a 911 call from Oak Pass Road at 10:49 p.m. for an unknown illness. Moore was later rushed to a local hospital.
TMZ reported that she was hospitalized due to substance abuse. When asked about reports of Moore’s alleged substance abuse, Gordon told HLN, “No further info.”
Moore, 49, split from her husband Ashton Kutcher in November. She was set to play Gloria Steinem in "Lovelace," but has dropped out, Gordon said.
