What happened to Tracy Morgan at Sundance?

Blame it on the altitude. That's what Tracy Morgan's publicist told HLN after Morgan was rushed to the hospital following an episode at a Sundance Film Festival event early Monday morning.

Morgan seemed disoriented during a speech at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards where he was being honored, and was escorted out of the building where he apparently lost consciousness.

His publicist released a statement saying, "From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100% false."

TMZ had previously cited sources as saying Morgan "appeared extremely intoxicated" at an event in Park City, Utah.

However, a representative for the medical center where he was treated said no drugs or alcohol were found in Morgan's system.
