Bruce Jenner underwent surgery this past Friday to remove a piece of cancerous skin on his face and is doing well, his rep tells CNN.
According to TMZ, the Olympic champion and "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star noticed a small red mark on his face and went to the doctor.
A biopsy came back positive for skin cancer and Jenner underwent an outpatient procedure to remove the growth Friday.
Jenner sported a scar from the surgery as he attended a Los Angeles Lakers game Monday night, according to E! Online, prompting some bloggers to erroneously speculate that he had had a fresh round of cosmetic surgery.
Doctors say the cancer was caught in time and his prognosis is good.
We say: Don't count in seeing Bruce in many beach scenes in upcoming episodes of "Keeping Up..."
