Curley, Schultz hearing transcript released

Last week, former Penn State officials accused of covering up sexual abuse by former coach Jerry Sandusky testified in a preliminary hearing. The two are charged with perjury in the case.

On Thursday, the Dauphin County Court Administrator’s Office released the official transcript for the Commonwealth v. Timothy Mark Curley and Commonwealth v. Gary Charles Schultz.

After their December 16 hearing, Judge William Wenner ruled that the prosecution has met it's burden in the case against Curley and Schultz. The two will now face trial.
