A cable guy walks in on a sleeping bear. It's not the beginning of a joke; it’s what happened to a New Jersey cable repairman, according to WNBC in New York.
A Cablevision technician says he arrived to perform scheduled repairs in Hopatcong when he discovered a black bear sleeping the basement of a customer's home. And wrestling with a bear probably wasn't part of his work order.
No one was hurt, and the animal did leave the home. The bear had been seen wandering the neighborhood earlier in the afternoon. New Jersey Fish and Game officials were able to tranquilize the bear and release him near the Missouri Trail.
But this bear’s basement break-in and snooze make us wonder, was he trying to pull a reverse Goldilocks?
