It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the White House.
While the rest of America was out shopping, First Lady Michelle Obama, alongside her daughters Sasha and Malia, welcomed the official White House Christmas tree on Friday.
The 19-foot balsam fir arrived in a horse-drawn carriage all the way from a tree farm in Wisconsin, according to the White House. The tree, to be decorated in honor of military families, will be on display in the Blue Room of the White House.
