Madonna is looking for a new Material Girl!

Is Madonna getting ready to hand over her Material Girl title? Not quite...

Madonna and her daughter, Lola are launching their "Lucky Stars" model search. The mother-daughter duo want to find the new face of their Material Girl clothing line and they're using a hilarious new video to announce the contest.

In the video spoof, Madonna explains to her offspring that when people called her the "Material Girl" it was supposed to be "ironic." Over the years, Madonna says, the persona has caused her to look superficial.

"People think I am a superficial person. And I am not. I love horses. I love flowers. I don't love hydrangeas. I love nature. Trees. Animals. I don't love all animals," Madonna deadpans.

As mamma Madonna gets primped by her hair stylist, she explains what the face of Material Girl should embody. "It's about an attitude," Madonna says. "We are looking for a woman, girl, female child, that embodies a certain je ne sais quoi."

Madonna is enlisting the help of some celebrity judges to help her find that girl-who-has-a-special-something. We hear Kelly Osbourne will be using her fierce "Fashion Police" skills to help narrow down the field of finalists!

Open casting calls will be held in New York, Miami, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The lucky winner will receive a trip to New York, will be the face of Material Girl in stores and online, and pull down a cool $5,000 in cash.
