According to a circuit court spokeswoman, Judge Belvin Perry intends to give jurors a day off between swearing them in and starting Casey Anthony's murder trial in Orlando. With jury selection continuing Monday in Pinellas County and several more slots left to fill, it looks like Wednesday may now be the earliest opening statements could begin, with an even later start date still possible.
